What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, sport/outdoor pants/leggins, jeans is the worst choice, sport shoes suitable for outdoors, waterproof jacket in case of bad weather.
What if the weather changes?
In case of small rain we will continue the session, if the weather if very bad we might change for the indoor session on a local climbing wall. In this case clients cover entry fee for themself and for the instructor.

What to take with me?
Bottle of water, snack, sun cream, midge repellent.
Do I need my own insurance?
We have professional indemnity insurance but we recommend to buy your own personal accident insurance for all UK activities, for overseas trips and courses you must purchase a specialist insurance, for example from British Mountaineering Council.
Do I need my own kit?
We will provide all the climbing kit except climbing shoes, if you have your own harness, shoes or helmet we encourage you to bring it with you.
Do I need to be fit?
You do not need to be a superman. The fitter you are the better for you and you will be able to try harder climbs but average level of fitness is absolutely fine. We will tailor the session to your needs and abilities so everyone is welcome, even if you are not very fit you can try easier climbs or just abseil. It is all about fighting your weaknesses and heaving fun.
Terms and conditions
We hold our sessions regardless of weather conditions! Courses are only canceled in the event of severe weather forecasts. Familiar with the area, we will always find the most suitable location for the activity, even under less-than-optimal conditions. Please note that cancellations and refund options are available, with deductions based on how close the cancellation is to the start date of the course. We understand that circumstances can change for our clients, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. Peak Lines Ltd carries full public liability insurance. We also recommend that all participants obtain their own travel and personal insurance, which typically covers cancellations, personal accidents, and personal liability.
I. PAYMENTS

All payments should be made via bank transfer. After filling out the booking form, we will confirm availability, provide all course details, and send you the bank transfer information.
II. CLIENT CANCELLATION

Please notify us of any cancellations via email.

You can reschedule your course date up to 6 weeks before the activity. Changes made within this timeframe are subject to our cancellation terms.

You may also have someone else attend in your place. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course. There is no additional charge for this.

Refund Policy for UK adventures

If you cancel more than 6 weeks prior to the course, you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 4 to 6 weeks before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

A 25% refund will be issued for cancellations made 2 to 4 weeks before the course starts.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

Refund Policy for trips abroad

If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before start of the trip, we will attempt but can not guarantee to give you a 90% refund. You will be responsible for all costs and charges which we are required to pay our suppliers. If this exceeds 10% of the cost of your trip, we will further deduct this from the refund amount.

If you cancel 8 weeks or less before start of the trip, you will lose the full cost of your trip.

III. CANCELLATION BY US

We strive to ensure that all advertised courses take place. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, we will notify clients as soon as possible.

If we cancel your course, you will receive either a full refund or the option to choose an alternative date, based on your preference.
